Why this and not the ₹49 one

Cheap hosting is cheap because of who else is on the server

There is nothing clever about a low price. The question is how many other websites are sharing the machine that has to answer for yours.

We stop selling a server before it fills

There is a hard cap on how many websites go on a node. When it is reached we stop selling that node and buy the next one. That is the whole product — everything else on this page only works because of it.

Your limits are real

Memory, CPU and disk throughput are cgroup limits and a real disk quota, per account. They are not a fair-use paragraph somebody reads out to you after your site slows down.

The speed is in the server, not in a plugin

Page cache in the web server, object cache on Redis, OPcache held in memory and NVMe underneath all of it. A cached page never starts PHP, so it is not competing with anything else your site is doing.

    When you say

    After the migration is completed we will let you know. Before changing the DNS we suggest you check your migrated website using the temp URL, and if everything works then change the DNS. There are three ways to connect your domain: your existing DNS service like Cloudflare, our nameservers, or the CNAME given in the control panel — which is how you use our CDN while staying on Cloudflare.

We take care of your website. Tell us if your site is broken or has malware in it and we will fix it as part of the migration process — we handle themes, plugins and all kinds of technical WordPress things.

    Take a backup of your site using any of the plugins — UpdraftPlus, All-in-One WP Migration, Duplicator, BackWPup — or just a zip of the files and an SQL export.

    Open Quick Migration from the control panel

    1–2 minutes

    From the control panel click Quick Migration, select or add the domain you want to migrate, then select the type of backup you are holding. Upload the backup file — .zip, .tar, .tar.gz, .tgz, .gz, .sql, .sql.gz, .wpress and .daf are all accepted — and click Migrate. It usually takes 1–2 minutes, and longer for larger sites.

    Change the DNS

    When you say

    Once the migration is done, before changing the DNS we suggest you check the website using the temp URL. If everything works, you have one last job: change the DNS. For Cloudflare or your existing DNS provider use the IP or the CNAME we give you, or you can use our nameservers instead.

How many websites can I actually run on the Starter plan?

One. We count real websites, and a staging copy uses a slot while it exists — a staging site is a second full WordPress install with its own files and database, so pretending it is free would just mean selling you a server twice. Subdomains do not count.

Is 15 GB enough?

For most sites, comfortably. A fresh WordPress install is about 111 MB and a real site with a few hundred images usually lands between 500 MB and 2 GB. If you are running a photography portfolio or years of podcast files, look at Growth instead.

What happens if I go over the bandwidth?

We get in touch. We do not switch your website off over a spike, and we do not bill you a surprise. If the traffic is genuinely your new normal we will talk about the next plan up.

Do I get the object cache on every plan?

The object cache is on Growth and Business. Starter gets multi-level caching, which is the bigger win for a normal WordPress site — a cached page is served in milliseconds without starting PHP, and the object cache only helps once PHP is already running.

Can I move a site here from a host that has locked me out?

Usually yes. If you can get any kind of backup out of them — a plugin export, a database dump, an FTP copy — we can rebuild the site from it. Send us what you have and we will tell you honestly whether it is enough before you pay.

What PHP version do I get?

8.3 by default, and you can put any individual website on 8.1, 8.2 or 8.4 from the panel. Nothing older, because everything before 8.1 stopped getting security fixes and running it on a shared machine puts other people at risk.

Do you support WooCommerce on these plans?

A small shop will run, but you would be better off on the WooCommerce plans. Cart, checkout and My Account can never be page-cached, so every one of those hits runs PHP — and those plans are built with the workers and the object cache that needs.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Nor a migration fee, an SSL fee, a backup fee or a fee for asking us something.
