Do you have any hidden fees?
No, we don't. The price you see is exactly what you pay. Zero setup fees, no hidden charges, and we do not charge extra when you renew. What you see is what you get.
How fast is the migration, and will my site go down?
Most sites are moved inside 24 hours, and a simple blog is often a few hours. Your current site stays online the whole time — we build the copy here first and you only change the DNS at the end, once you have looked at it and you are happy.
Is this cPanel?
No. We built our own panel for WordPress specifically. You get a file manager, phpMyAdmin, email accounts, SSL controls, staging, backups, PHP version switching and a one-click login into your WP dashboard. What you do not get is a control panel built for a different decade with two hundred icons you will never press.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Moving up a plan takes effect on the same account — your sites stay where they are and the limits change. Moving down works the same way, as long as what you are using fits inside the smaller plan.
What is your backup policy?
Every website is backed up nightly and kept for 14 or 30 days depending on the plan. You can also take a backup yourself before you do something risky, and restore any of them from the panel without asking us.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Seven days, no questions. If you are not happy with the plan you are on, tell us inside seven days and we refund the payment.
Can I host something that is not WordPress?
The platform is built for WordPress and tuned for it, and that is what we support. If you need a general-purpose host that will run anything you upload, we are honestly not the right choice — and we would rather say so here than after you have paid.
What is included in support?
Anything hosting-related: server problems, WordPress installs, domain and DNS setup, SSL, email, databases, and cleaning up malware if it ever gets in. Live chat is open 10:00 AM to midnight IST, and tickets are answered within an hour.
