Send us the old login, or a backup
Either give us access to your current host, or upload a backup yourself — UpdraftPlus, All-in-One WP Migration, Duplicator, BackWPup, or just files and a database export.
Check it on a temporary address
We rebuild the site here and give you an address to look at it on. Click through it properly. Your live site is still running at the old host.
Change the DNS
When you are happy, point the domain at us. That is the only moment anything moves, and SSL is issued automatically as soon as it does.

What we need from you
One of these is enough:
- A login to your current hosting control panel, or
- SFTP or FTP details plus a database export, or
- A backup file from UpdraftPlus, All-in-One WP Migration, Duplicator or BackWPup, or
- Just the files and an SQL dump in a zip
If you are locked out of your old host and can only get one of these, send it and we will tell you honestly whether it is enough to rebuild from — before you pay us anything.
You can also do the whole thing yourself. Quick Migration in the panel takes any of those backup formats, uploads it in chunks so a large file does not time out, and rebuilds the site without us being involved.

Will my site go down?
No. We build the copy here while your old host carries on serving visitors, and you only change DNS at the end, once you have checked it.
How long does it take?
Most sites inside 24 hours. A simple blog is often a few hours. A large WooCommerce store or a list of thirty agency sites takes longer and we will tell you the plan up front.
What if something is missing afterwards?
Tell us and we fix it. The old site is still there and still working, because nothing gets deleted at the other end by us.
Do I have to move my domain registration too?
No. You can leave the domain wherever it is registered and just point it here — usually two records, and we give you the exact values.
